Tatra Photography is offering one lucky reader the photography trip of a lifetime on their next Lakes and Mountains workshop worth £650!

Tatra Photography is giving one lucky DP reader the chance to explore the Tatra mountains and lakes as part of a four-day photography workshop. The competition winner will get to photograph some amazing vistas at handpicked locations within the Tatra National Park. Sites include mountain valleys, emerald lakes and giant waterfalls. As part of the workshop, you’ll also have an overnight stay in a remote Tatra mountain cottage, which is surrounded by incredible mountain peaks and three breathtaking lakes.
During the course, the winner will receive a masterclass in landscape photography by professional photographer Lee Pengelly who will be on hand to share all of his expert shooting advice and specialist photo techniques. Catering to all types of photographer too, the course is great for both beginners and experienced shooters regardless of whether you work with film or digital.
The Prize
The Lakes and Mountains landscape photography workshop prize is on 15-18 October 2012. This amazing opportunity is usually priced at £650 and includes:
- Return flights from London Gatwick to Krakow (Flight can also be arranged from Bristol, Liverpool or Edinburgh upon request)
- Return airport transfers to and from Krakow Airport, Poland
- Three nights accommodation based on single/twin or double rooms including full board – no single supplement
- Four days’ landscape photography course with professional tutor Lee Pengelly

Nick Jenkins

Bio: Nick Jenkins is an Associate of the Royal Photographic Society and the Welsh Photographic Federation. His stunning, dramatic style of landscape photography has been captured in a wide range of media, and Nick has also authored a number of photography and walking books. His passion has led him to share his talents with others with a series of photographic courses with Tatra Photography.
Lee Pengelly

Bio: Lee Pengelly specialises in landscape and nature photography. He started taking pictures in 1996 and by late 2000 had turned pro, and now his work is sold worldwide in books, newspapers, and magazines, to name a few. In 2007 Lee began running lectures for clubs and societies, focusing on photographic technique and he’s now an experienced course leader, running UK and overseas workshops.

At the moment I’m travelling through Europe and will not be in the U.K. at the time of the course dates. If I’m lucky enough to win, will I be allowed to make my own way to Krakow?
